Mossad's new success

With previous successes like eliminating terrorists responsible for 1972 Olympic Massacre and Operations like Entebbe, Mossad remains one of the most competitive, aggressive, fearsome secret service organization in the world.

Commentary’s Noah Pollak takes aim at those who feel the operation was compromised. “The people calling the operation ’sloppy’ and a ‘debacle’ seem to actually believe that the Mossad is unaware that there are video cameras in airports and hotels today, or that the passport photos of the agents would not be revealed to the public,” he writes. “More important, the fact of the matter is that the team got into Dubai, rubbed out a bad guy, and got out. No drama, nobody was captured, and nobody knows the real identities of the team or where they are now. Given the extraordinary risk and complexity of the operation, that’s a win in my book. Nine Lives

Reading 'Nine Lives' by William Dalrymple. Its a nice book about nine people from different spectrum of life in India. 


Interesting revelations about dead-body skull eaters in West Bengal. And their supposedly powers. Another interesting character, a MBA working in FMCG in Mumbai, shuns everything and become sanyasi. He takes this decision in a fraction of second. 


Dalrymple has good repository of knowledge about India. 


Another book I had read which was as interesting as this is 'Holy Cow' by Sarah McDonald.
