For cold and cough as per Yog darshan

- badam giri - 100gms
- khand or boora - 50 gms
- kaali mirch - 20 gm
Make powder of each of these separately and then eat 1 tablespoon after evening meal.

- Make kaada from ginger and tulsi leaves. Add gud (Jaggery) and drink.
