Outing
Went to Santa cruz beach, 17 miles drive today @Santa Cruz. Did go to mystery point too but since we did not have reservation we could not get in.

Weather in Sunnyvale, CA
Since we the time I came to US, the weather has been quite cold. It feels as if its winter here. We are told that before we came weather was hotter. It is summer anyway but the climate does not reflect it..I should have brought more than 1 sweater.

For cold and cough as per Yog darshan

- badam giri - 100gms
- khand or boora - 50 gms
- kaali mirch - 20 gm
Make powder of each of these separately and then eat 1 tablespoon after evening meal.

- Make kaada from ginger and tulsi leaves. Add gud (Jaggery) and drink.
